This may be the best wave energy conversion concept that I have seen. Elegant. Bravo!

I'm a not-for-profit inventor most interested in wind energy and my cycloturbine VAWT. I'm writing a book about my Metatheory of Sailing. I'm also interested in wave energy propulsion for boats.
