AppFuel leads user-donations to developers

New way of donating money for specific apps and features.

AppFuel is a Copenhagen based startup with a mission: Taking the business hassle out of being a developer. Users shall be able to donate money directly to developers, and have that money marked for specific applications or features. This way, developers can start working on projects that have already been funded.

AppFuel was formerly known as 'Fundr'. It was founded by four students, Tim Garbos, David Kofoed Wind, Malthe Jørgensen, and Helge Munk Jacobsen.

AppFuel is currently in Alpha. It is set to launch in autumn 2011.
