ABCity - an edutainment universe for kids

Danish ABCity rolls out after five years of preparation.

ABCity is an edutainment universe for kids consisting of an online computer game, music, books, and many other things. The target group is children aged 4-7 and their transition from kinder garden to school.

ABCity set out as a computer game alone, but hard work on story telling opened for a lot of other platforms as well. The team behind spent endless hours building the 29 characters in the universe - one for each letter in the (Danish) alphabet.

ABCity was founded in late 2006, and the computer game - the first release from the universe - launched in spring 2011.

Tav Klitgaard is Founder & CEO of ABCity. He has a background in music, and he has spent the last many years working with the dynamics between IT and teaching.
