SoundCloud CEO: Cloud computing will change everything.

- In a couple of years, local drive storage will seem insane. Cloud computing will alter the way we think business - not just in audio, says Alexander Ljung, CEO of SoundCloud.

Soundcloud was founded in 2007 in Berlin, and reached a million users in May 2010. SoundCloud is an online audio platform catering to music professionals enabling them to collaborate, promote & distribute their music.

Cloud computing is clearly the future. It has drastically lowered the cost of scalability for startup's and hence the need for funding at an early stage. I have used soundcloud quite a few times, and it works great!

Another interesting video from Stanford covers US startup 'Pandora', and their efforts to alter the way we think of music.
